3BR/2BA Modern Beach Home - Central Air + Parking

The house was a wonderful "home base" for our two family units. The location was three blocks from a lovely, quiet beach with a well-groomed path over the dunes. The neighborhood was friendly and comfortably walkable, but an easy drive to grocery, the boardwalk and downtown OC. The beds and showers were terrific and the sleeping area was satisfactorily remote from the common areas to accommodate naps without impeding adult socialization. Nearby Kessels was a daily stop. Communication with the property manager was appropriate and prompt. We will visit the area again next year, and, should our group be the same, would happily stay in this house again!

We had a fantastic time. Everything was very clean, and we enjoyed everything about our stay. We look forward to booking with you again.

Super easy rental process, house had everything we needed, garage had a ton of beach chairs, beach tags, etc. porch was awesome and relaxing and gated. Overall easy relaxing house located close to beach and walking distance to park, stores, etc.

We brought our son to Jersey to ride Motocross and needed a nice place to stay at night. This place was perfect. 30 miles from the track…easy drive. There is a great restaurant over the bridge called Yesterdays. We ate there both nights.House was beautiful, well kept and perfect for all of our needs.

We had an amazing time at this beach house for a week with our daughter. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was walking distance to the beach and ice cream shop. We would definitely return for another stay!
